Tom started in the business in 1995 as a 3rd generation "Didier" in the real estate field. His Grandfather "Nick" started Didier Realty in the 1960's and his father "Peter" came to work in the 1970's. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1994, Tom went to real estate school in Madison in early 1995 and completd his Salesperson and Broker licensing requirements within the first 2 months. Since then, Tom has become the number one ranked REALTOR in Ozaukee County with over 900 sales and $150 Million in sales since 1995. Tom started the "team" concept in 2004 when his market share grew to the point that additional sales agents were needed to manage the inventory. Since then, the "TEAM" concept has grown to become the largest team in Ozaukee County offering unsurpassed customer service. Tom and his wife Lora reside in the town of Port Washington, nearby the family farm, with their children Owen, 10 and Georgia, 8.
