Melissa joined the Tom Didier Team in 2004 and has a proven record of selling! She is a life long resident of Port Washington and lives in a charming neighborhood with her husband Nick and their black Labrador Charlie.
Melissa attended Port Washington High School and continued her education at Purdue University, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Public Relations. While at Purdue, she was active as a sports photographer following the Purdue Boilermakers and the Big Ten Conference. Melissa has coached soccer and tennis at the high school youth level and also plays soccer in adult leagues.
In the summer Melissa takes advantage of Port's wonderful marina by sailing on Lake Michigan as often as possible. She involves herself with the Ozaukee chapter of Special Olympics and plays a very active role with Port Washington’s Business Improvement District (BID), attracting and assisting retail business to the city of Port Washington WI!
In September of 2008, Melissa accepted the nomination to be President of the Main Street Program Board of Directors. The Port Washington community will use the Main Street approach to revitalize their traditional commercial districts and incorporate it into existing economic development, historic preservation, city management, or urban and community planning programs. Melissa’s role as president is to oversee this initiative as it provides action and support on all levels.
